LOA...Finally!

As I logged in to write this post, I realized how long it has been since I blogged about this process.  Sorry to keep you waiting, but that is exactly what we have been doing for the last 99 days to be exact!  We finally received LOA (Letter of Acceptance) today!  I have never been so thankful for one little piece of paper before.  LOA is a huge step toward travel and toward bringing Emalyn home.  The next several approvals should come fairly quickly and we should be headed to China in February or March.

My doctor will allow me to travel through the end of February, so we are praying for God's will and guidance through the next steps.  We know that if it is His will for me to be there, He will move the mountains that seem to be in the way, but we also know that He sees the bigger picture and knows what is best for our family.  All that to say, we are trusting Him whether I get to go to China or not.

We covet your prayers as we continue on the road to our second daughter!  It really seems surreal to think that she will be home with us in just a few short months!  We are thankful for her little life and absolutely cannot wait to welcome her into our family.
